Meditation is a powerful practice for cultivating our medicine within. It is a synergistic and intrinsic companion to both Yoga and Qigong. It is deeply balancing and regenerative of body and mind. The meditation tools I offer are simple. Sitting meditation begins with the breath, moves deeper into the body, then the mind, then empty space. Moving meditation is both it's own experience as well an invitation to daily life contemplation and bringing awareness into each moment of mundane life. Over time, meditation and the awareness it brings enhances our spiritual connection in this human experience. I offer private sessions and incorporate meditation into my retreats and life coaching sessions.
